Returns and Refunds

Sunny & Sheer accepts returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In its original packaging

• In resalable condition

Due to sanitation, contamination, and product-integrity concerns, opened or used professional spray tan solutions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, contact Sunny & Sheer within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the shipping package

• Clear photos of the damaged, leaking, or incorrect product

Please keep the product and all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Once approved, Sunny & Sheer may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact Sunny & Sheer within 14 days of delivery. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Approved returns must be shipped back securely and in their original condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
