Shipping policy

Orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other delays outside of Sunny & Sheer’s control.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Professional spray tan solution is sensitive to prolonged exposure to excessive heat.

Products are stored in a cool, dark environment before fulfillment. During periods of extreme heat, Sunny & Sheer may adjust shipping dates to reduce the likelihood of an order remaining in a hot carrier facility or delivery vehicle over a weekend.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking and bring packages indoors promptly after delivery.

Once received, professional spray tan solution should be stored tightly closed in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. For best quality, use within six months of opening.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Sunny & Sheer is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that a package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but the package cannot be located, check around the delivery area, with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier before contacting Sunny & Sheer.

Sunny & Sheer will assist with available carrier information but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout.
